We design Help Pilot to keep your interview prep private. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can stay in control.

  • Usage signals including clipboard triggers, relay toggles, and system performance metrics.
  • Audio snippets and transcripts when you explicitly enable recording features.
  • Billing information when you purchase a paid subscription through our payment processor.

How we use information

  • Delivering the Service, including personalized prompts, transcripts, and notifications.
  • Maintaining security, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting reliability issues.
  • Providing customer support and onboarding assistance when you reach out.
  • Improving product quality through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

How we share information

  • Infrastructure vendors that host compute, storage, or messaging workloads under strict contracts.
  • Payment processors to complete transactions when you authorize a charge.

Retention

Operational data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. Clipboard snippets and transcripts respect the deletion controls inside the dashboard, and audit logs rotate on short schedules unless investigations require longer storage.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of the information we store about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete information when retention is no longer required.
  • Export transcripts or notes you created within the dashboard.
  • Withdraw consent for specific processing activities where applicable.

International transfers

Cloud providers we rely on may process data in the United States or other regions. When data crosses borders, we use contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or similar mechanisms required by local regulations.
